TurboFire or (Turbo Fire as some incorrectly spell it ) is the new home workout program from fitness guru Chalene Johnson. Johnson brought us Turbo Jam and Turbo Kick, two very successful workout systems, one for the gym and one for home that have been around for over 10 years respectively.
TurboFire is brand new and we wanted to give this cardio conditioning program a rundown and let you know the pros and cons of this intense program and whether or not we thought it was a good program and more importantly a good buy. It is an unusual program in that it is utilizing high intensity interval training (HIIT) which has been around a while but isn't common in fitness program. We spent some time studying HIIT as well as some of the other more controversial aspects of Turbofire.
