We are two fitness enthusiast who spent   some time looking into this program so we could let you in on what we've found.

TurboFire or (Turbo Fire as some incorrectly spell it ) is the new home workout program from fitness guru Chalene Johnson.  Johnson brought us Turbo Jam and Turbo Kick, two very successful workout systems, one for the gym and one for home that have been around for over 10 years respectively.

TurboFire is brand new and we wanted to give this cardio conditioning program a rundown and let you know the pros and cons of this intense program and  whether or not we thought it was a good program and more importantly a good buy. It is an unusual program in that it is utilizing high intensity interval training (HIIT) which has been around a while but isn't common in fitness program.  We spent some time studying HIIT as well as some of the other more controversial aspects of Turbofire. 

One of the claims that the TurboFire makes is that the exercises in TurboFire will help you "burn up to 9 x more fat than regular cardio does."   We look at these issues and go through everything you get with the TurboFire program in our TurboFire Review which you can find here:  TurboFire Review
